Returns Policy


We are more than happy to help you if you are seeking a refund or exchange on our products. To be eligible for a return or exchange you must follow the below criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Must be returned in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached.
  • Any postage or return postage paid by you will not be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty.
  • For faulty items, we accept returns and refunds and will cover postage both ways. Your refund will be made within 14 days once the product has been returned to us. Only standard post will be covered on return of faulty items.
  • All purchased products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded. All sale items purchased are final.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, these items are not refundable - feeding tools/equipment, dummies and hygiene products (i.e. hair brush/comb set).
